Happy Eid, to all of those members of the Muslim community here in Alberta and around the world who are celebrating Eid al-Adha as the feast of the sacrifice.
The UCP Government Caucus extends its best wishes to Alberta’s Muslim community during Eid al-Adha. This celebration is one of the holiest of the Muslim calendar, and marks the end of the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
I was happy to rise in the House on July 16th to give a statement on The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) on its 100th anniversary.
