Miranda Rosin was elected to Alberta’s new United Conservative Government on April 16, 2019 as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Banff-Kananaskis. She now represents over 13 communities and two First Nations reserves, 16,000 square kms, and 48,000 constituents. In her role as MLA Miranda serves on the Public Accounts Committee and the Resource Stewardship Committee, as well as the Environment, Forestry, and Rural Crime caucus working groups. She was also recently named by Premier Jason Kenney to Alberta’s Fair Deal Panel. Prior to entering politics, Miranda worked in communications and market development. Miranda holds her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Regina in conjunction with the Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce.
