Health and safety for Alberta students

Posted Under: Richard Gotfried

Health and safety for Alberta students is a fundamental step in our road to recovery. Getting back to work and relaunching our economy remain inextricably linked to a safe and balanced return to school for K-12 learners.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Dr. Hinshaw and her team have provided Albertans with exceptional guidance under difficult and uncertain circumstances. Based on further recommendations, Dr. Hinshaw has advised that additional safety measures will be taken to protect both Staff and Students this fall, with latitude for innovation and circumstantial responses as required at a more local level. As always, Community Leadership and responsible behaviour will determine our success in stemming the tide of Covid-19.
